Job Summary

    Working in collaboration with other members of the FSL Program  staff, the Documentation Assistant will be responsible for collecting all documents of the food basket distribution project, he should ensure to state all the required documents from the donor (Reports, Procurements documentation, photos and videos), he will be responsible for following up with the program staff, and other departments (logistics, finance, HR, MEAL and Media) to collect all documents of the project.

Position Requirements

    • Proficiency in written and spoken Turkish and English or Arabic.
    • Intermediate Institute or Bachelor degree in Any related major or any related specialization.
    • Good understanding of project monitoring and evaluation.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Proficiency in using email applications.
    • Previous experience in working with NGOs.
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to handle the pressure.
    • Creativity and ability to develop and improve work.
    • Knowledge and compliance with humanitarian standards.

Responsibility

    • Implementing and reporting on activities.

    • Assist the Project Manager to schedule and plan distribution activities.

    •   Follow agreed standard operating procedures for distributions and follow-up activities

    •   Ensure that monitoring and accountability procedures are followed

    • Participate in regular electronic data entry of distribution records

    • Provide timely, transparent reports on distribution activities to the Project Manager.

    • Assist the Monitoring & Accountability Assistant and MEAL Coordinator with regular monitoring of the refugee response (where appropriate)

    •  Liaise with the logistics, admin and procurement teams to ensure smooth running of activities

    • Attend coordination meetings if required.

    • Manage, update, analyze and assess data collected from the field activities
